Shipping policy

Shipping Policy for Shop Items:
We ship within the USA. We offer free shipping on Shop products. Shop products are all products other than boats and boards (Surfskis, Kayaks, Canoes, SUPs and Rowing Shells are not included in our free shipping policy.)

We process all shop orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Order received from midday Friday through the weekend will be processed on a Tuesday, orders received between then and Thursday before 12 noon will be shipped on Thursday. Ship time depends on the carrier (USPS etc), and depending on location, takes usually 1-5 days.

Shipping Policy for Boats and Boards:
The price of your new boat or board (AKA "boats") includes international shipping from Portugal to the United States.

For all boats (Nelo Kayak, Nelo Canoe, Nelo Rowing, Nelo Surfski, Tiderace and Lightcorp SUP, etc) domestic shipping is an extra fee, but we will work with you to find the best option for your budget. If you choose to pick up your new boat from one of our warehouses - that is free.

We offer a very competitive shipping service with each order of boats we receive. If you need transport for a boat, please let us know by emailing info@threeoceans.co.
